UPDATE: Theft reports in Eisenhower continue to mount

Pulse Staff Report

Messiah College’s Department of Safety has received a growing number of thefts in the Eisenhower Campus Center, according to two mass emails sent by Safety and Cindy Burger.

The first email, sent on Oct. 21, reported that several thefts had taken place in the men’s locker room in the basement of Eisenhower. According to the report, unattended money that had not been properly stored was stolen.

A second email was sent Thursday in response to more thefts that had taken place since the first notice. As before, “each situation” involved unattended money that had been taken.

Campus safety and local police are working to investigate the thefts.

“Be alert to your surroundings…protect your personal property by securing it, and report any suspicious persons, activities or missing items immediately,” the email stated.

Students have been encouraged to leave items of value in their rooms when going to the gym, but are strongly encouraged to put such valuables in lockers if they have to bring them along. Faculty and staff members have also been urged to lock their office doors and secure valuables.

Victims of theft are asked to either call the Department of Safety at ext. 6005 or report the theft to the Dispatch Office on the first floor of Eisenhower Campus Center. The victim will need to provide their name, date of theft, location of theft, and the item taken.

I think that what you said was very logical. However,
think about this, suppose you composed a catchier post title?
I ain’t saying your content isn’t solid., however what if you added a post title that grabbed folk’s attention? I mean UPDATE: Theft reports in Eisenhower continue to mount | The Swinging Bridge is a
